This year is the first year I have actually watched American Idol. I must say there are a lot of talented people and I like most of the top ten. However I really love Jason Castro's personality, maybe it is because he reminds me so much of my brother Scott. He looks nothing like him, but his sense of humor, the way he moves and his facial expressions sometimes reminds me of him.
Another guy I like is David Cook, he has great talent and I would listen to his music, but I doubt he will win because I don't think his personality has really shown through quite yet.

I am TOTALLY with you on your top choices! I LOVE Jason Castro's voice, and his funny personality...the thing is, is that he totally comes across as a pothead...they way he talks in interviews, the dreads? I really hope he's not...but I all signs point to yes!? :) But I like him anyway.
And I think David Cook is amazing...it's true that it seems like he gets overlooked, but hey, if we both noticed him, maybe others do too!? :) Oh, I love it!
But I can't wait to hear what you're having on Monday!! how exciting!
Yeah I think each week he gets noticed more, it's like david is finally getting out of the comfort zone and people like him. I would listen to his music if it were on the radio! I laughed at Jason's date experience when his dread fell out in front of the girl! I like Brooke, david archalatta(sp) and Carly as well.
